The following terms apply to imgnovo.com (the "Site"). Acceptance is implied by use, so if they are not acceptable to you, please stop using the Site.

The tool this page covers is ImgNovo, a browser-based image compressor. Put simply, it compresses JPG, PNG and WebP images, converts between those formats and downloads the results as a zip, all without uploading them, and the way it does so is this: it decodes each image in the browser, re-encodes it at the quality level you choose and reports the size before and after, so the compression runs on your own machine and the file never leaves it. Everything stated here applies to that tool and the values it handles, and to nothing else.

In day-to-day use the tool works only from the images you drag in, and it is usually opened for things like shrinking photos before attaching them to an email. None of that reaches us, so none of it can be stored.

This Site is a free, browser-based browser-based image compressor. Its output is produced from your input using the stated method and is provided for information and education, not as advice. Results are provided for general information and convenience, and should be verified where a decision matters.

No professional relationship

Browsing or using imgnovo.com does not create a professional relationship, an advisory duty or any obligation on our part towards you.

Permitted and prohibited use

The Site is available for your own personal or business use. Do not attack, overload, or scrape it to the point of harming other users, do not pass it off as your own work, and do not use it for anything illegal.

Copyright and ownership

Ownership of the Site's copy, layout and code lies with us or our licensors. Link freely; ask in writing before reproducing substantial parts.

Third-party content and advertising

Advertising, served by outside networks, funds the Site, and some pages reference external resources. We do not control that material and are not answerable for it, and no advert influences a result.

Availability

We make no guarantee the Site will always be available. Any tool or page may be changed or removed at any time, and the service is supplied "as is".
